​At the University of Jordan/Aqaba, a training course for faculty members was launched with the aim of developing leadership and innovation curricula in Jordanian universities. The course was presented by Dr. Ayman Harb and Dr. Ahed Al-Khulaifat from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. Dr. Ayman Harb talked about the characteristics of entrepreneurship, the development of business models and how to obtain sources of financing for entrepreneurial projects.  Dr. Al Khalifat talked about generating entrepreneurial ideas for students and the role of faculty members in supporting, guiding and building on them. The course was attended by faculty members from the University of Jordan, Aqaba University of Technology, Aqaba Medical University and Aqaba University College. At the end of the course, certificates were distributed to the participants.
