Employment Announcement

Position: Financial Clerk

The Aqaba Branch of the University of Jordan announces its need to appoint a Financial Clerk to work at the Financial Affairs Department, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

First: General Conditions

  1. The applicant must be of Jordanian nationality.

  2. The applicant’s age must not exceed 30 years.

  3. The applicant must hold an Intermediate University Degree (Comprehensive Diploma) in Accounting, obtained through regular study from a university recognized by the University of Jordan, with a grade of not less than Very Good.

  4. Practical experience in the field of work is preferred.

  5. Proficiency in using computers and office software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Second: Required Documents (Non-Returnable)

Applicants must attach the following documents. Any application that does not meet the requirements or is submitted after the announcement deadline will not be considered:

  1. A recent personal photograph.

  2. Certified copies of academic qualifications (General Secondary Certificate transcript and Diploma certificate).

  3. A copy of the Civil Status ID.

  4. Certified copies of experience certificates duly authenticated by the Ministry of Labor.

  5. A Social Security statement matching the practical experience (if applicable).

  6. A valid Certificate of Non-Conviction.

Third: Application Method and Deadline

Employment Announcement

Position: Civil Engineer

The Aqaba Branch of the University of Jordan announces its need to appoint a Civil Engineer to work in the Technical Department and Supporting Services, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

First: General Conditions

  1. The applicant must be of Jordanian nationality.

  2. The applicant’s age must not exceed 35 years.

  3. The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, obtained through regular study from a university recognized by the University of Jordan, with a grade of not less than Good.

  4. The applicant must be a registered member of the Jordan Engineers Association.

  5. The applicant must have practical experience in construction projects of not less than three (3) years.

  6. Proficiency in using the following engineering software: AutoCAD, Revit, Prokon.

  7. Experience in quantity surveying and surveying works is preferred.

  8. Willingness to work outside official working hours.

The Aqaba Branch of the University of Jordan announces its need to appoint a Maintenance and Network Installation Technician to work in the Technical Department and Supporting Services, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

First: General Conditions

  1. The applicant must be of Jordanian nationality.

  2. The applicant must be male.

  3. The applicant’s age must not exceed 30 years.

  4. The applicant must hold an Intermediate University Degree (Comprehensive Diploma) in one of the Information Technology or Networking specializations, obtained through regular study from a university recognized by the University of Jordan.

  5. The applicant must have practical experience in maintenance and network installation of not less than three (3) years.
