The University of Jordan's Aqaba branch clinic, in coordination with the Aqaba Health Directorate and its director, Dr. Muhammad Krishan, along with its medical staff, administered vaccines to students today, Tuesday, October 26, 2021. This included students who had not yet received the vaccine, those who had received the first dose, and even those who had not yet received the second dose. The President of the University of Jordan's Aqaba branch, Professor Dr. Amer Salman, along with the Director of Student Affairs, Dr. Omar Hawatmeh, and his assistants, oversaw the students receiving their vaccinations.
An awareness lecture about the COVID-19 vaccine and its benefits was also given to students in the University of Jordan's Aqaba auditorium by Dr. Hamza Haniyeh.
