The Faculty of Languages at the Aqaba Branch of the University of Jordan held an exciting friendly match at the Ayla Development Company Stadium between Faculty Members and University Students, in coordination with the University Student Union. The match, which took place in cooperation with the members of the Student Union, witnessed a remarkable presence of faculty members, under the patronage of the representative of the Vice President of the Branch, Dr. Muhammad Al-Maharmeh.

The faculty members team delivered a winning display in the 8-6 victory at Ayla in a  game that was clearly characterized by excitement, enthusiasm and high sportsmanship from both sides. The hosts from Ayla Company, who supported the organization of this event, were honoured, then the Cup and Medals were distributed to the winning team in appreciation of their outstanding performance.

In her statement, Prof. Hala Abu Taleb, Dean of the Faculty of Languages, expressed her deep gratitude to the sponsors, noting that such activities enhance the spirit of cooperation and communication between faculty members and students, and contribute to creating a positive educational environment full of energy and excitement. She also highlighted that sports play a major role in enhancing students' health, and are an effective means of relieving academic pressure, in addition to being an effective tool for breaking the routine and enhancing social interaction and cooperation.
